Contact Erika for general parent guidance, help locating club information, clarification about club processes, or assistance determining the appropriate staff member to contact.
If you are unsure where to begin, contact Erika, the Parent Liaison, through PlayMetrics. She will help identify the appropriate person or resource for your question.
Most questions should follow this pathway:
1. Begin with the athlete’s Head Coach when the matter concerns the team, practice, competition, feedback, position, or player performance.
2. If the issue remains unresolved, contact the Director of Coaching or the staff member responsible for that area.
3. Contact the Club Director after the appropriate staff member has had an opportunity to review and address the matter.
Finance, registration, operations, development, and recruiting questions may be directed to the appropriate staff member without first contacting the Head Coach.
Parents and athletes must wait at least 24 hours after a practice, match, tournament, or emotionally charged incident before contacting a coach or staff member about playing time, position decisions, performance, or another competitive concern.
The 24-hour rule does not apply to immediate safety concerns, medical emergencies, suspected misconduct, harassment, or other urgent situations requiring prompt attention.
• Use PlayMetrics as the primary communication platform.
• Do not use social-media messages for club business.
• Communicate respectfully and provide enough information for the concern to be understood.
• Do not approach coaches during competition or immediately before or after a match to discuss playing time or performance.
• Allow the appropriate staff member a reasonable opportunity to review and respond.
• Keep athlete-specific, financial, medical, and disciplinary matters private.
For schedules, schedule changes, team announcements, and tournament details, check PlayMetrics before contacting a staff member.
